Toddler Girl Smocked Tankini Set - Rose

The suit is absolutely precious until your child gets into the water. Once this suit gets wet it becomes very see-thru! Not age appropriate at all! I would hope that Carters/Otter Ave would have tested this material before selling to families. Knowing toddler aged children would be wearing this. Thankfully we were at home because if I would have been in public we would have had to leave. I have never left a bad review on Carter/Oshkosh/Otter clothing but this one had to be shared!
