Super cute skirt
Kiddo is in a "twirly clothes" phase, and this skirt fits the bill. Long enough and loose enough to be great to twirl. Tulle holds up well. Fits a little on the small side for the size.

Flowy skirt
I bought this skirt and the matching top for my 3 year old daughter. It is light-weight, comfortable, but also very pretty. She loves the twirl factor. You can dress it up or down and it still looks good.
