Bought a size 6 and the pants were too big in the waist and a bit short.

Love the style and cut, but sizing is terrible. Bought a size 6 for my daughter after buying a different style jean in same size. I could button these but they were pretty tight in the waist. Looked at the sizing chart here and based on the height of my daughter she would be a 6/6x, however, based on her waist she would be a size 10. A 10 would be way too long on her. By the way, the waist in these were the same as the other that I just purchased.
