Girls Medium Wash Heart Print Flared Jeans

The length on these is perfect for my tall 6 year old.

I am disappointed in the length. They lasted one wash.

I ordered a 6-6X for my almost-6 y/o and the pant legs hit just above her ankles. We don't normally have this problem with Carter's or OshKosh products and she does not have extremely long legs. My understanding is the difference between 6 and 6X is the 6X is longer. So why do you sell 6-6X as one size where length really counts? The jeans are cute but I am disappointed in the length. I can't return because I already washed them and yes I followed the care instructions on the tag.
