Please allow up to 72 hours for a package to arrive after your tracking information states it is delivered. At times packages may be incorrectly marked as delivered while on the truck, but will be found at the end of the day or the following day and be delivered to you. In the meantime—check your mailbox (some packages are delivered by USPS), around your property, with building offices, or your neighbors.

Still missing your package? Report a delivery issue

For missing items it is possible your shipment was split based on product availability, and that the missing items will be shipped when they become available. Your shipment confirmation will include a list of all products included in your shipment. To track your order, please use our Order History.

Parcel Forwarding Companies If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. Carter's is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Carter's | OshKosh B'gosh is not required, and does not collect South Dakota sales or use tax. Your South Dakota purchase is subject to state use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Your South Dakota purchase is not exempt merely because the purchase is made over the Internet, by catalog, or by other remote means. The state requires each South Dakota purchaser to report any purchases that were not taxed and pay tax on the purchase. The tax may be reported and paid on the South Dakota use tax form.
