Love the title "Little Planet".....essential leggings need to be roomy and comfortable....definitely meets the need

Unlike many reviewers, I love these leggings and I’m glad I bought two. I know that these are in no way athletic leggings so don’t come in with that expectation. They are light a very thick, stretchy tight so stay away from Velcro or scratchy/snaggy surfaces. The length has a lot of give but I could see being too long if you’re petite - I’m 5’6” and they hit just below my ankle. I love that they have a slightly tighter knit around the thighs so they don’t slip down. The waistband is super wide - honestly I could tuck it under my bra if I wanted to. A little annoying for me in the first trimester but I imagine I’ll be grateful for the extra room once my bump is bigger, and ultimately nothing a single roll over won’t fix for now. These stay up all day without needing to pull at them. One watch out is you want to wash these right when you get them - I found mine left a black/grey color on my hands and nails the first day but after a wash it’s gone. If you’re looking for something for everyday and you’re not needing the compression or extra thick coverage of athletic leggings these are a great cheap option.

Really great fabric, like thick enough and feels stretchy and comfy and everything in the legs/crotch areas, but at the belly section, it is WAY TOO TIGHT if you order your pre-pregnancy sizing or whatever. I am 5'4 and weighed 105 pre-pregnancy and wore a 0-2, so ordered accordingly, and they are so uncomfortably tight on the belly at 25 weeks, no way I'll be able to wear these anymore. Maybe good for the compression postpartum because that is what it feels like, compression leggings (in the abdomen area at least). They do tend to collect lint somewhat as well.

I was very excited to find mother's styles from little planet. I've been buying Carter's clothes for my kids for 20 years and was hoping to love these leggings. I do not. They are extremely oversized. I went down a size and they are still too large/long im 5'4" and am used to pants being too long but the excess length on these is a lot. I took off the tags before I realized the waist band on the whole right side was not sewn together. The material it almost akin to stockings at the top and they do not breathe at all. I wore them to work once and haven't touched them since.
