Toddler Girl 2-Pack Cartwheel Shorts - Navy

Any little girl who loves to wear dresses needs these shorts. We layer them under dresses for everyday play and often under church dresses. I'd love to be able to buy them in different color pairings - i.e. pink and navy instead of two navy or two pink. Depending on the point of the summer, I buy a size up so that we can wear them again the next year.
