Toddler Girl 2-Pack Cartwheel Shorts - Black/White

These basic shorts are a must have to put under any dress. These are stretchy, but I preferred to size up one size just because I wanted it to be nice and comfortable for my toddler.

Primarily cotton. Perfect length for wearing under a dress

Our daughter is Pettit so these fit perfect! They aren’t too long where there is the extra fabric that is baggy and loose on her.

These shorts have been great to have on hand in case it gets too warm out and we need to swap from pants to shorts!
