Its thin enough to be comfortable but still thick enough to call a sweater. Don't be mistaken, it is not a sweater though. Fits true to size my 5 year old wears size 7 and this fits perfectly.

I really like this shirt on my 12 year old son! He looks handsome in it. He goes to a charter school and needs to wear clothes like this. I like the color of it and it’ll be warm for cooler weather. I would recommend it.
