These are great to wear under a dress for toddlers :) not sure I’d put them on with a regular shirt cause they do ride up and seem pretty short, but I purchased for wearing under a dress and they’re perfect for that!

Very soft fabric and exactly what I was looking for for my active baby. The shorts are tight enough to stay in place but not too tight, and the length is perfect for protecting her legs from car seat and stroller straps rubbing.
