Perfect little raincoat
Bought this for my 3yo son that is 39” tall and 36lbs (read tall & skinny). Got the 4T and it fits him perfectly. Nice and light - we also use it ad a windbreaker on sunny but super windy days. Love this for the spring season. Its a must have for our little adventurer/pro puddle jumper!
