Gifting
Buy a gift card
Carter's gift cards are redeemable in store or online
Digital gift cards — delivered by email, usually within minutes. Choose any amount from $10 to $200.
Physical gift cards — mailed to the recipient, usually arriving in 5–7 business days.
Online gift card purchases must be paid for with a credit or debit card. We can't use one gift card to buy another.
Check your balance
Check your gift card balance --- you'll need the card number and PIN on the back of physical cards, or in your delivery email for digital cards.
Redeem a gift card
Online: Enter the card number and PIN at checkout in the Gift Card field. You can use up to 5 gift cards per online order.
In store: Hand the card or show the email to the cashier at checkout.
Lost or stolen card
Email [email protected] with the card number (or as much of it as you have) and proof of purchase.

No fees or service charges
Gift wrapping is available for most items for $7. Items that are gift wrapped will have the tags cut off at the price perforation, be removed from the protective plastic, wrapped in tissue paper with a sticker, placed in the box and wrapped in a ribbon.
The gift receipt will contain the optional message and will be included in the shipment with the boxed gift.
There is no limit to the number of items that may be wrapped. To ensure all eligible items are beautifully presented, your gift wrap purchase covers any additional boxes needed as part of the service.
Little Planet® items are eligible to be included in the gift box but due to the GOTS certification we uphold for all of our Little Planet® products, the items must remain inside their original packaging with the tags still attached.
Skip Hop® items are not eligible for gift wrap and will be shipped alongside the wrapped gift.
Gift wrapped items cannot be picked up in store, and are available for shipped orders only.
