Flowy skirt
I bought this skirt and the matching top for my 3 year old daughter. It is light-weight, comfortable, but also very pretty. She loves the twirl factor. You can dress it up or down and it still looks good.

Oeko tex certified skirt
It's polyester but the band around the waist is cotton plus it's certified safe. Soo cute and girly yet sassy!
