How do I become a member of My Rewarding Moments®?
It's simple! Enroll online at carters.com/rewards, oshkosh.com/rewards or skiphop.com/rewards or at any of our U.S. Carter’s or OshKosh B’gosh stores or outlets.
Does it cost anything to become a My Rewarding Moments® member?
No, My Rewarding Moments® is a FREE program designed to help our customers earn rewards faster and easier than ever before.
Who can join My Rewarding Moments®?
Customers 18 years of age or older who are purchasing at Carter’s or OshKosh B’gosh store in the USA or shipping to an address in the USA from carters.com, oshkosh.com or skiphop.com are eligible.
Why should I provide my email address to join?
So you can get rewarded! Your email address will identify you so you can earn your points and create an account online to track your points and rewards. We’ll also send rewards via email.
How does Carter’s use my information from participation in the My Rewarding Moments® program?
Can I choose not to receive emails?
You can always adjust your email preferences on your account at carters.com, oshkosh.com or skiphop.com. But, if you opt out of My Rewarding Moments® emails, we won’t have a way to tell you important things about your My Rewarding Moments® account, like when you might have a reward expiring! If you choose to opt out, we'll still send you a welcome email when you join the program and an email every time you earn a reward.
If I enroll before checkout, will that purchase qualify for rewards?
Yes. You’re eligible to begin earning points the moment you join the My Rewarding Moments® program. Remember to provide your email address every time you purchase to make sure you earn your points.
Can family or friends use my rewards account?
No. My Rewarding Moments® accounts are nontransferable and are only valid for use by the person who registered.
What sort of confirmation will I get once I enroll?
You will receive a welcome email from us within 48 hours of your enrollment.
How do I cancel my My Rewarding Moments® membership?
Please call one of our customer service agents at 1-877-333-0117. We’ll be happy to help you.
If I’ve enrolled in the store, how do I see my points online?
We’ll track your points in the store, but by creating an account online, you’ll have access to My Rewards to see all of your My Rewarding Moments® information, such as rewards and points earned and expiration dates. Plus, you can purchase online and earn rewards.
When can I start earning points?
Don't waste a moment! As soon as you've signed up you can start earning on your purchases. If you sign up at checkout in store or online, you're already earning points!
How do I earn points?
You will earn 1 point for every $1 you spend at any U.S. Carter’s or OshKosh B’gosh store, outlet or online at carters.com, oshkosh.com and skiphop.com. Points will be awarded based on your net purchase after discounts for rewards or coupons are applied. Points will not be awarded for non-merchandise items i.e., gift cards, shipping, gift wrap, tax, etc.

If I buy a gift card, do I get points?
No, points will not be awarded for non-merchandise items i.e. gift cards, shipping, gift wrap, etc.
If I purchase an item with my gift card as tender do I get points?
Yes, if you have a My Rewarding Moments® account and log in or notify a store associate, you will receive 1 point for every dollar spent using your gift card.
Can I earn points on my international orders?
No. At this time orders shipping outside the United States are not eligible to earn points and rewards.
Can I earn points when I used my rewards to pay for my purchase?
No, points are only awarded for net purchases after rewards and coupons used are deducted.
How many points/rewards do I have?
There are three easy ways to check your balance:
- Check the top of your emails for My Rewarding Moments® information
- Ask the associate when you checkout at the store
- Check the Carter's App! Your point balance is available anytime you're logged into the Carter's App, which you can download for free from the Android or Apple app store.
- Review your account online to see your My Rewarding Moments® information whenever you like. Just go to carters.com/rewards, oshkosh.com/rewards or skiphop.com/rewards to set up your account.
When will I see my points in my account?
You should see the points you’ve earned in the My Rewards section of My Account online approximately 72 hours following your qualifying purchases. Note: Points for eCommerce orders will be earned when the order ships, not when the order is placed. For Buy Online, Ship to or Pick Up In Store orders, points will be rewarded within 72 hours of in-store pickup. If you don’t see points you feel you’ve earned, please call 1-877-333-0117.
I should have earned points but I don’t see them in my account, when will they show up?
You should see the points you’ve earned in the My Rewards section of My Account online approximately 72 hours following your qualifying purchases. Note, points for online orders will be earned when the order ships, not when the order is placed. For Buy Online, Ship to or Pick Up In Store orders, points will be rewarded within 72 hours of in-store pickup. If you don’t see points you feel you’ve earned, please call 1-877-333-0117.
Why don’t I see a reward in my account even though I have enough points?
It can take up to 72 hours after you earn enough points for your reward to be issued. Don’t worry, you will receive an email congratulating you on earning another reward.
Can I gift my reward to someone else for use?
Sorry, rewards are non-transferable.
How do I find out when I’ve earned a reward?
Once you have enough points to qualify for a reward, we will automatically generate your reward within 72 hours and you will be notified by email. You should also see your new reward in your My Rewards information online (www.carters.com/rewards, www.oshkosh.com/rewards or skiphop.com/rewards), in emails, or a sales associate at any Carter’s or OshKosh store can tell you.
Do points ever expire?
Yes, your points expire 6 months from the day they were earned.

Do rewards ever expire?
Yes, rewards expire 45 days after they are issued. Seize the moment!
Can you reissue my lost/expired reward?
No. Your rewards are listed on your My Rewards page (www.carters.com/rewards, skiphop.com/rewards) within My Account. Any active or valid rewards will be listed there for you to retrieve.
When is my reward available to redeem?
Once you have enough points to qualify for a reward, we will automatically generate your reward within 72 hours and you will be notified by email or you can check your account online at carters.com/rewards, oshkosh.com/rewards or skiphop.com/rewards.
Can I use my reward with my coupon?
You can use your reward and a coupon in one order, but the rewards will be deducted before any coupon discounts are taken.
Do rewards count towards the spending minimum on my coupon?
No, your merchandise total less your rewards redeemed must be large enough to meet the minimum spend requirement.
Can I use more than one reward for a transaction?
Yes, you can use up to 20 rewards in one transaction.
Where can I use my rewards?
You can use your rewards on qualifying purchases at any U.S. Carter’s or OshKosh B’gosh store, outlet or online at carters.com, oshkosh.com or skiphop.com. Rewards cannot be used toward non-merchandise items i.e., gift cards, shipping, gift wrap, tax.
Where can I find my rewards?
You can access your rewards account online at https://www.carters.com/my-account If you don’t have an account, you can create one online and find your rewards under your My Rewards page. You can also find out in the store by asking your sales associate, who will be able to pull up your available rewards.
What happens if the price of the product is less than my reward?
You can still use your reward but any balance is forfeited.
Are rewards redeemable in Canadian stores?
No, rewards are only redeemable for transactions at Carter's and OshKosh B’gosh stores and outlets in the U.S. and/or online for orders shipped within the US.
How do I receive the birthday surprise?
In your online account, you can add your a birthday for up to five children. Give us their name, birthday date, month and year. Kids must be 14 or under. You must be opted in to promotional emails and have made at least one purchase from Carter's, OshKosh or Skip Hop using your rewards account info in the last 12 months to receive a birthday surprise. Limited to five redemptions per year per loyalty account.
When will I receive my birthday surprise?
You should get an email during the birthday month(s) listed under your account. It takes a moment to set up our system, so please give us up to two weeks after you update your account.
How will I receive my birthday surprise?
You should get an email during the birthday month with a special online code or in-store barcode.
When I return my purchase, do I get my reward back?
You may exchange an item of equal or greater value, but if you simply return the item, your reward is forfeited.
When I return my purchase, what happens to the points I earned?
You may exchange an item of equal value and your points will not be affected, but if you simply return the item, any points you earned from your purchase will be deducted from your account.
What happens to my points if I get a price adjustment?
The points earned on the amount being adjusted will be deducted from your points balance.
