Answers to your questions about your account information.

This is our loyalty program from Carter’s, OshKosh B’gosh and Skip Hop where you can earn and redeem rewards across all brands in store & online! You earn one Reward points for every dollar spent. Carter’s cardholders earn double points for every Carter’s Card purchase. During special promotions you can earn even more. For every 100 Reward points earned, you receive a $5 Reward that may be redeemed online or in-store.

Carter's Rewards® Help Topics

You may use our hearting feature from any product page. Just heart the products you like and visit the My Hearts page to share your hearts with friends and family. If you prefer you may also share the contents of your shopping cart.

It’s that simple! You can make it easy for friends and family to know just what your children want and need for birthdays, holidays, and other special occasions.

You can sign up to receive emails by creating a Carters.com | OshKosh.com | SkipHop.com account. Simply create an account for Carter’s to receive coupons and special offers available only to registered users.

You can change your email preferences on the Email Subscriptions page or by selecting the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email you receive from Carter’s | OshKosh B’gosh | Skip Hop.

You may create an online profile to speed your checkout, opt-in to email offers, and ensure that you can earn and redeem Carter's Rewards® points and rewards.

If you have enrolled in Carter's Rewards® in-store, you must still create an online account, using the same email address used in-store, to view your rewards activity and redeem rewards for online purchases. Create an Account .

Forgot your password? You can send a password reset link to the email address on file by selecting the Forgot Password link here or at the top left of our website pages, where the log-in module is located.
