Carters.com | OshKoshBgosh.com offer combined standard flat rate shipping to most U.S. locations, including military addresses and U.S. territories. Express delivery is available at an additional charge. Additional freight surcharges and shipping exclusions may apply to furniture purchases.

$6 Standard Shipping (US locations)

All orders received before 12:00pm CST Monday - Friday are processed within 2 business days of payment verification and are shipped at a flat rate of $6. Most orders shipped via Standard Shipping will be delivered via FedEx SmartPost services within 3-10 business days of order processing. Depending on your shipping location, some orders will be shipping via FedEx Ground.

Please note that on occasion, such as during holiday rush and large sales events, there may be a slight delay in processing time. Your business is important to us, and we make every effort to process your order as quickly as we can.

Please carefully review your shipping information before placing your order.

Overnight and 2-3 Day Expedited Shipping (US locations)

All orders received before 12:00pm CST Monday-Friday with the Express or Expedited Shipping option selected are processed the same business day as the payment method is verified, and will be delivered via FedEx.

Pricing and delivery times for Express and Expedited Shipping is as follows:

  • Overnight (Next Business Day typically delivered by 3:00 pm): $25 flat rate
  • 2-3 Day Expedited (2-3 Business Days): $12 flat rate

Expedited service is not available for PO Boxes, U.S. territories, or military addresses.

We value our customer's trust and aim to provide the highest level of security possible. In some cases, additional information may be required to process your order. You may be contacted to verify your order information. Your order will be shipped the same day your order information is verified.

Multiple Shipping Addresses / Multiple Packages

To ship to more than one address, please create separate orders.

We make every attempt to ship your order complete with minimal excess packaging. However, in some instances your order may arrive in multiple packages.

Military Shipping Addresses

Carters.com | Oshkoshbgosh.com offers free shipping on orders over $50 to APO and FPO shipping addresses. Free standard shipping applies automatically to orders of $50 or more at checkout (calculated based on merchandise subtotal less discounts, if applicable, and does not include tax or gift services) that are shipped to an APO or FPO address. Valid on only one shipping address per order. Not valid on express or expedited shipping.

Furniture Shipping

Furniture items can only be shipped to 48 contiguous states. Shipping is not available to AK/HI, US Territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. All orders received before 12:00 pm CST are processed within 2 business days of payment verification. Furniture items are shipped directly from manufacturer and are delivered via FedEx Ground within 3-10 business days of order processing. Expedited shipping is not available for furniture items.
