and Accounting Hotline
At Carter’s, we have an open-door culture, from our most senior executives to our store managers. Employees, customers, business partners, shareholders, and other interested parties should feel comfortable asking questions and raising concerns. We encourage anyone who has questions or concerns about our Code of Ethics, the propriety of our financial accounting, internal controls, or auditing, or any other ethical or legal matter to report the issue anonymously through our Business Ethics, Financial, and Accounting Hotline.
Our Hotline is monitored by an independent company that provides a dedicated phone line and internet site for anonymous communication of any questions or concerns to a trained specialist, 24 hours a day. Users of the Hotline will be assigned an identification number and security code so that they can follow up on their report later. A written notice of each report will be sent to a designated member of our Leadership Team and the Audit Committee of our Board of Directors. All reports will be fully investigated.
